Individuals experiencing serious mental illness such as:
Actively suicidal
Atypical depression
Manic-depressive illness
Note: We don’t provide therapy, we teach, listen, build skills, challenge, and support
What is the purpose of Healthy Minds?
Healthy Minds is a proactive approach to mental and emotional development for individuals who would otherwise bottle up their emotions and feelings further rendering them powerless which is the leading cause of depression, anxiety, and other emotional trauma.
We allow our members to use their voice with anonymity speaking their true feelings of what they really feel.
What are the benefits of Healthy Minds?
Our Staff consist of licensed coaches and mental health professional counselors
We are educated and qualified to screen our high-risk members to ensure they get the most adequate support necessary
